GONG BATH (1hr) With Al Nicholson

Following an uplifting drumming rhythm session with Jamie and Virginia, I will bring the energy back down with a relaxing gong bath to end the day

For an hour you will be bathed in the healing sounds of the gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other grounding instruments.

For those who have never been to a gong bath before, there is no water or a bath involved, no getting undressed, just giving yourself an hour with nothing to do but simply be and allow the sounds of the healing instruments to gently relax and soothe you and take you on a journey through sound.

This will be a safe space for you to relax and unwind from the daily stresses of life and can help release physical, mental and emotional blocks that could be holding you back in life.

Following the gong bath there will be a selection of herbal teas and some yummy dairy free chocolate available and an opportunity to chat about your drum n' gong experience with others.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket to lie on, or a sleeping bag to keep you warm. For extra comfort please feel free to bring a pillow or cushion to support your head if needed (If you do not want to lie down seats can be available if needed or you can bring a comfortable garden chair). If you have an eye mask or eye pillow bring it along as cutting out the natural light can enhance your experience.

It's also advisable to wear loose clothing and drink plenty of water on the day.
